Training methodology
 
We provide training programs designed to equip professionals with work skills and knowledge required to be effective in their works our methodologies are based on our belief that people learn by doing the course delivery or modes of instruction will incorporate theory and practical skills sessions. To enhance learning outcomes, theory sessions will comprise classroom based lecture that will intersperse with discussions, scenario-based, case-study, video clips and power point slide. Participants will watch demonstration performed by the trainers (Role Modeling) after which they will undergo hands-on participation. Emphasis will be placed on these practical skills sessions as well as scenario-based / role-playing training. This is aim to enhance participants' competency in providing responsive and timely first aid to the sick and injured in emergencies in their place of works.
 
The assessment methods will be both formative and summative throughout the course duration

Our training materials are developed and qualified by our instructors according trainees needs - From the initial assessment of individual and organizational needs, to the planning of program right through to course implementation and delivery, we work with our clients to develop a professional development roadmap.
 
Hands-On Learning
 
Our trainers go to great lengths to relate the topics to their own real life experiences in the working environment to ensure that all trainees understand how the materials presented are relevant to them and the job they do.
 
Case Studies
 
Case studies are used in class exercises to assimilate real life issues. Participants get to appreciate the entire scenarios, processes and results from the real work examples used by the trainers.
 
Assessments
 
Course examinations and assessment Q & A sessions are employed to support any final course assessment and to ensure that participants have benefited from the training.
 
Certificates OF Achievement
 
Participants with at least 75% attendance will be awarded a Certificate of Achievement as evidence of course mastery.
