Course objective

  • Differentiate between project, program, and sub-project by identifying contrasting and related characteristics of each

  • Apply project scheduling concepts, geared toward typical Mechanical engineering Concepts, such as Activity Gantt Chart, resource gram/ histogram; resource spreadsheet; and resource-driven schedule to projects
